The Best Laid Plans

We knew Julie was going to miss school today for her trip to the dentist.

We didn't know that we'd be keeping Katie home today with the same cough that's afflicted the rest of the family. But she's upstairs on the couch watching "Girl vs. Monster" while I retreat to the basement for more mixing. And daisy_knotwise and Julie are off to the dentist.

I have my fingers crossed. We'll see how it goes.
