Lightning Striking Again

We've been trying to dodge afternoon thunderstorms so that we can take Katie and Julie to the pool. Today looked promising as I looked at the radar at 5 PM. We changed clothes and piled into the minivan, only to arrive at the pool just as a lightning strike set off the detector and they closed down the pool until an all clear that would have been at least an hour away.

So we went home.

Maybe tomorrow.
