The Rest of the Pulled Pork

After our post-Christmas dinner with friends, we had a lot of pulled pork left over. On Thursday, we got a loaf of fresh French bread and served it as sandwiches to Jeff and Carol with melted Swiss cheese and BBQ sauce.

Today, we made pulled pork nachos to finish it off.

Gretchen would have been happier with the pulled pork leftovers if the house hadn't smelled like scorched pulled pork for several days earlier this week.
