So Near And Yet So Far

I'm working on the demo code for work, trying to resuscitate some code that was written by someone who is much more familiar with some of the internals than I am. Sadly, although I'm loading up my data correctly, the demo code is refusing to pass it along successfully.

And it looks like the other programmer has gone home for the day.

*sigh*
