I departed Chambanacon by about 9:30 this morning, which put me back home in time to join Gretchen, Katie, and Julie -- as well as Uncle Jeff and Aunt Carol -- for lunch and a trip out to the tree lot to pick out this year's tree. We've gotten a Canaan fir this year instead of a Fraser, so we'll see how it does.
Further visiting occurred, followed by a more traditional version of Thanksgiving dinner than we had on Thursday. Ruby has gotten snivels of leftover turkey and turkey skin, which has made her very happy.
Now, it is time to start getting little girls moving toward bed so that there are survivors when they return to school tomorrow. :)
