Smarter Than the Average Bear

I spent this afternoon digging into a number of niggling bugs in the C# code for our Excel add-in. Did I mention that I *hate* Excel automation? But I fixed three bugs that were really annoying (one of which was effectively identical to another bug I fixed, so I just declared victory and marked it done).

I didn't write any of this code originally. Someday, I would love to have a chance to stare it down and remove everything that isn't needed. If I didn't hate working on Excel automation, that is.

Of course, this being Excel automation code, the trick is figuring out what is needed and what isn't...
