We've got a client who can't print to their new printer. This is going to be almost impossible to figure out, I think.

and rebooting the whole system doesn't cure it?

Yesterday MeetingMaker wouldn't come up at work after repeated attempts. I used a highly effective repair procedure:

  1. Call up the UIS help desk.
  2. Bring up MeetingMaker and describe step by step what's happening.

Sure enough, it started working immediately. But evidently that procedure didn't work for Bill Roper's client.

I like the procedure, but it didn't help in this case.

I have some ideas, at least. (Ok, one idea.)
