Sympathetic Magic

Last week, our snowblower was in the shop and the forecast of two inches of snow turned into six or more hitting the ground.

Yesterday, the forecast was for three to six inches. daisy_knotwise picked up the snowblower from the shop, then that evening we went to the Jewel and picked up fresh gasoline for the beastie.

The forecast is down to one to three inches, the roads are clear, and I'm at work. (Although many of my comrades went ahead and chickened out based on the earlier forecast...)
