The Day at Work

Ah, there's nothing like coming back to work after a three-day weekend. Today, I discovered that one of our company's apps appears to be sending me a non-standard locale string that I, as a result, can't parse; that a bug that mysteriously disappeared from our database is one that the client still cares about (and that I dealt with two months ago, according to the e-mail that I sent then); and that I broke serialization in a major, but easy to fix way in our current code line.

It's probably time to go home.
