How's the Consonance prep going? Y'all have a set list and stuff yet? (Says the person who figured out her Capricon set about an hour beforehand...but that was Internet Cafe, not important stuff!) *grin*

Dinner was pretty much on time and went well. Much Capricon business was discussed. :)

The Consonance set list has been together for more than a week and we've been practicing. This is a good thing.

Yay! Practice is good! Especially when there's more than one of you - I think it's much easier to wing it when you're not coordinating with someone else. Unless you're both psychic, maybe; then you could mentally make sure you screw up in the same places. Or at least ask frantic question ("Do I come in here or is it another two bars?") without anyone knowing.

Hmm, I kind of like the idea of telepathic singing partners who never get around to rehearsing before the show and hence always have to chatter (mentally) while they're singing...

Oh... I really hate that! Sticky things should only be done on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursdays are even a stretch in case they stay sticky for too long on Friday.

Sadly, we don't get to live in my perfect little world :)

Couldn't you just tar your files and come back to them later?
