Well, not so much on the last bit, but it is a glorious sunny day here in my part of Chicagoland as the clouds seem to have retreated into the distance over Lake Michigan and the towers of the Chicago skyline are happily multi-colored instead of assorted shades of gray. It's a bit chilly -- in relative terms; I'm sure I'll think of this as quite warm in a month or so -- but not so much as to stop me from taking the ten minute walk to and from lunch.
I got up early this morning for the Webcast on our new bug tracking system. Actually, it's the standard bug tracking system here, but there appears to be very little new about it. This is my fourth bug tracking system in recent years and it has succeeded in making me nostalgic for all of its predecessors.
On the other hand, it's rumored to work. :)
In other news, I'm becoming more and more desperate for an English-to-English translator. I ask questions and get answers, but they don't necessarily appear to be the answers to the questions that I ask.
I've occasionally played the role of Cassandra around here. It's a bit disconcerting to be confronted by a Delphic Oracle. (No pun intended.)
