daisy_knotwise and I got new Sprint phones recently. I swapped my phone for a different (more expensive) one after two days, because I wasn't comfortable with the one that I'd picked.
Since then, I've had two long calls with Sprint Customer Service getting my service plan fixed, because the salesperson signed me up for all sorts of things I didn't want. Although I was supposed to be credited for all that when the plan was fixed during the first call, I wasn't, necessitating a second call.
Today, I got a postcard in the mail indicating that they'd denied my rebate because I hadn't had my previous phone for 12 months. The only way I can figure that is that they're looking at the phone that I swapped.
The sheer incompetence of this operation is amazing.
But they've nicely succeeded in raising my blood pressure for Christmas Eve.
