Katie and Julie are having a bit more of a problem throwing it off, probably because this is the first time their immune systems have seen anything like this. As a result, there have been a lot of abrupt unscheduled costume changes. I'm on my fourth shirt and second pair of pants today, although one of the shirts was discarded after helping Clif empty out a storage locker and another was because of spilling my own food on it, so only one was due to a leaky diaper.
Gretchen, on the other hand, has only had to wear one shirt today. That's only because she's going to put on her nightgown and go to bed after one of the more spectacular episodes of barfies that we've seen in a while. Julie was sucking on a late bottle and pretty much everything that went down came up. Two towels later, they're both in pretty good shape.
The good news is that both kids are keeping enough liquid down so that they're not getting dehydrated. And Katie's definitely feeling pretty good today overall while Julie looks happy and is now taking more bottle.
Just in case, I washed the bedclothes earlier this evening.
