Birthday Photos

Yesterday was Julie's first birthday, so it was time to pull out the camera and get some fresh photos. Fortunately, the girls decided to cooperate. Mostly.

Me and My Sister Me and My Sister
It was Julie's birthday, so it was time to take some photos. Katie is always happy to pose. She's also happy to show Julie how to do it.
It's Gumbo! It's Gumbo!
We went to Sweet Baby Ray's for dinner for Julie's birthday. And the little girl has developed a taste for gumbo.
Yay, Gumbo! Yay, Gumbo!
And Katie has a taste for gumbo too. Will Gretchen manage to get any of her own gumbo? It's not looking good.
Mommy and Julie Mommy and Julie
And here's Gretchen trying to convince Julie that less mayhem is in order.
Daddy and Katie Daddy and Katie
We went home by way of the Jewel where I picked up some supplies for tomorrow's birthday party for Julie. When we got home, Katie demanded the Cheetos. I guess I'll get more Cheetos tomorrow.
Of Course I'm Computer Literate Of Course I'm Computer Literate
How many computers do we have in this house anyway?
Ride the Horsie Ride the Horsie
I would like to ride the horsie. And it's my birthday. Can somebody give me a lift?
Escaping the Dinosaur Escaping the Dinosaur
And Julie's off, with Katie's dinosaur right behind.
Exceeding the Load Limit Exceeding the Load Limit
*Two* girls on the horse is one too many. At least, *Julie's* sure of that.
Hot Pursuit Hot Pursuit
And so Katie will chase Julie on her dinosaur.
In the Swing In the Swing
This was actually taken back in March, but it was Julie's first time in a swing. She seems to be enjoying it.

And that's the way it was on Julie's birthday. Happy birthday, sweetheart!
