But, for now, it's just nice to know that I didn't find some new way to completely botch the assembly. :)
The Windows performance index reports that the slowest thing in the machine is the old graphics card, followed closely by the new disk drives. Neither of these is a surprise, since the graphics card is a few years old now, while the hard drives are SATA 3.0 on a motherboard that's capable of supporting SATA 6.0.
The CPU, on the other hand, is a zippy fast quad core 3.3 GHz.
I think I'll live with that.
