That day, I was up until 3:30 AM working with my Indian coworker. I didn't get on the bike the next morning. Nor did I on the following morning, when I had to get up at 6:00 AM to go downtown for a meeting. On Thursday, my sleep schedule had been so thoroughly disrupted that getting on the exercycle in the morning wasn't an option and I was still messed up on Friday and didn't manage it.
But Monday, I got up and back on the exercycle again. And I've now made it five days this week.
The next two weeks are guaranteed to lose a day each due to FilKONtario. That's ok.
I'll take four each under the circumstances.
