The Opposite of Congress

I've been working on a project at work to get our server application up and running with a 64-bit compile. After a lot of work, I've gotten it down to four external libraries that need to be updated to interface with it. I've now gotten 64-bit versions of two of the four and have linked them successfully.

The bad news is that one of the four libraries is only available in a 32-bit version. And that is going to be a little ugly...
